A beautifully cut aquamarine single stone ring, with the elongated antique cushion cut mounted superbly in a very fine millegrain setting. This is flanked on either side with a trefoil of three brilliant cut diamonds each in their own individual millegrain setting.

There are 12 equal sized diamonds surrounding the central ruby, with the ruby slightly higher than the diamonds, as would be the case for most gemstone and diamond cluster rings. The shank of the ring is 18ct yellow gold.
