There are 12 equal sized diamonds surrounding the central ruby, with the ruby slightly higher than the diamonds, as would be the case for most gemstone and diamond cluster rings. The shank of the ring is 18ct yellow gold. Ruby = 1.41 carats 12 Diamonds = 0.74 carat London 2003 Made by A.J.W Second Hand | This is a lovely unusual shaped cut for a cluster ring. The central amethyst is a hexagonal cut and with a rich depth to the colour, this is held neatly in double white gold claws at each point.
