A striking pair of sapphire and diamond earrings with a heart cut sapphire held in the centre by 3 18ct white gold claws and surrounded with a halo of modern brilliant cut diamonds. The earrings have a gap between the sapphire and diamonds to keep the whole heart shape. All mounted in 18ct white gold and secured with traditional post and butterfly fittings.
