Blue Zircon, Amethyst and multi gem spray brooch, with gold butterflies, 9ct white gold mount

A visually striking brooch of superb craftsmanship and quality. The brooch is in the style of delphiniums set with a two row spray of amethysts graduating towards the tip alongside a similar spray of blue zircons, set with foliage in 9ct white gold with two yellow gold butterflies with textured wings for detail, one with open wings and one closed. The spray is all tied with a white gold bow, set with a cluster of multi gemstones, garnet, blue zircon, citrine, pink and green tourmalines.

The sails and prows of the brooch are all set with modern brilliant cut diamonds and the lower bar is set with modern brilliant cut diamonds and square cut emeralds and rubies. Size: 2.6cms wide x 1.5cms high Second Hand London 1993Indian Medical Service sweetheart brooch with a gold laurel wreath surrounding the latin Moto - "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE" all enamelled in blue with gold serpent and staff in the centre. To the bottom "INDIAN MEDICAL SERVICE" in a blue enamelled ribbon and at the top a King's crown in gold and red enamel. All made in 9ct yellow gold. On the reverse the pin fastens with a handmade tiffany catch and clearly punched full hallmark. Handmade by Cropp & Farr in London established 1917 Hallmarked for Birmingham 1948 Measures 20mm wide x 27mm high Supplied in a Connards Presentation boxRoyal Army Medical Corps, regimental bar brooch, with green enamelled wreath and enamelled Kings Crown, 9ct gold mount. Second HandA platinum hand pierced Naval Crown Sweetheart brooch set with 38 eight cut diamonds. The circlet at the base is set with nine diamonds and above this there are alternating diamond set sails and sterns of ships. All the diamonds are secured with grain settings. On the reverse the pin fastens in to a handmade safety catch. There are no hallmarks on this brooch which one would expect with the age of this piece as no hallmark for platinum existed before 1975. The brooch measures 28mm x 16mm Second Hand  Naval Cap sweetheart Regimental brooch in 15ct yellow gold with green and red enamelled Kings Crown. The fouled anchor centre is assumed to be platinum surrounded by 15ct gold laurel leaves. On the reverse the pin fastens securely in a handmade rollover safety catch and '15CT' is clearly stamped at the bottom in the centre. The brooch would have been made before 1932, as that is when they stopped using 15ct gold. This was always reserved for the higher quality pieces.
